ARHAUS, GREAT GATHERINGS AND SUR LA TABLE AMONG NEW HOME FASHION RETAILERS COMING TO ANNAPOLIS TOWNE CENTRE

Six New Tenants Total 84,000 Square Feet

Owings Mills, Md. (August 25, 2008) — Greenberg Gibbons announced today the addition of six retailers to the $500 million Annapolis Towne Centre at Parole, the new two million-square-foot, mixed-use development slated to open this October.

The six new stores, which will bring a wide range of home furnishings, housewares and entertaining essentials to the Annapolis area, include:

  • Arhaus, providing fine home furnishings, handcrafted with natural, renewable materials, in a 13,672-square-foot store
  • Bed Bath & Beyond, with everything for the bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living areas in an expanded 44,144-square-foot Annapolis location
  • Desi Living, offering stylish and unique designs in living room furniture in a new, 5,017-square-foot location
  • Great Gatherings, offering a fine selection of entertaining essentials such as gameroom collections, barware and much more in a 16,266-square-foot space
  • Paper Source, a 2,950-square-foot store featuring fine, handmade paper from around the world, including wedding invitations, stationery and gifts
  • Sur La Table, at 4,988 square feet, offering an expansive collection of hard-to-find kitchenware, including premium-quality culinary tools and cutting-edge utensils

“This mix of national chains and boutique stores, many of which are new to this region, will bring a unique range of home furnishings and accessories to the Annapolis area,” explained Brian Gibbons, president and CEO of Greenberg Gibbons.

The stores will join a premium mix of retailers, restaurants and entertainment at Annapolis Towne Centre. Anchored by a 170,000-square-foot Target and one of the largest Whole Foods Markets in the country, the town center will include retailers such as Talbots, Anthropologie and Smyth Jewelers, as well as a diverse mix of restaurants, including Gordon Biersch, Real Seafood, Chop House, PF Chang’s, Brio, Daily Grill and Silver Diner. The open-air, lifestyle center will also feature 115,000 square feet of office space and luxury condos and apartments.
