Erwin L. Greenberg
Chairman of the Board
Erwin L. Greenberg is the Chairman of the Board of Erwin L. Greenberg Commercial Corporation and Greenberg Gibbons Commercial, developers of retail shopping centers in the Mid-Atlantic region and nationally. Mr. Greenberg started the company, which bears his name, over 40 years ago.
Throughout his long career in real estate, Mr. Greenberg has also served on several non-profit boards and institutions in the Baltimore area and currently sits on the Boards of St. John’s College in Annapolis, MD and Santa Fe, NM and the Nantucket Atheneum on Nantucket Island.
In addition to real estate, Mr. Greenberg was also co-founder of Sentinel Title Company until 1993.
An active pilot, Mr. Greenberg regularly flies a King Air B-200 and maintains second homes in Nantucket, MA and Naples, FL. He is married to Stephanie Cooper and is a father of 3 children and 3 grandchildren.
Brian J. Gibbons
President/CEO
Brian J. Gibbons. 44, has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of Greenberg Gibbons Commercial since May, 1999. Since becoming President and CEO, Gibbons has overseen the acquisition, finance, leasing, development and management of over 6,500,000 square feet of projects with a value in excess of $800,000,000.00.

Herbert B. Mittenthal
Vice Chairman of the Board
Herbert B. Mittenthal, Vice Chairman of the Board of Greenberg Gibbons Commercial Corporation, has been a part of the company since its inception. He has been involved in every aspect of the business, including development, leasing and sales, finance, and overall management. Mr. Mittenthal was born in Baltimore, attended Baltimore City Public School, the University of Maryland, University of Baltimore Law School and is a member of the Maryland Bar. Married to Miriam for 35 years, he is the father of one and has been active in and has served on the boards of several community organizations including the Ruxton, Lake Roland, Riderwood Improvement Association and the Vagabond Players, Inc. Other interests include tennis, running, investments and the ownership of thoroughbred horses racing primarily in Maryland.
